Our pest and termite inspections are carried out in accordance with the Australian Standard AS 4349.3 and identify past and present termite activity and/or termite damage, and will include recommendations regarding any conditions found that are conducive to termite attack.

Termite Control
In the state of Queensland it is compulsory that all new homes have a termite management system. Unfortunately this does not extend to the sale of homes that are not brand new. Therefore the responsibility to protect your home/investment lies with you, so your property needs to have an ongoing termite control system.
We offer 2 termite control systems:

- Termite baiting systems
Termite Treatment & Eradication
If you have found active termites in your home, please do not disturb them. Just call us on 1300 367 780 and we will send a technician ASAP to eradicate them.
It is a relatively straight forward process to treat and eradicate active termites within your home. We do this by treating the termite activity with Termidor Foam; this process allows the transfer of chemicals to other termites and thereby destroying the colony. See prices or Book now
Pest Control
A general pest treatment on an average Brisbane and Gold Coast home will take approximately 1 hour to 1.5 hours to complete. This treatment will include the dusting of the roof void, the application of a gel to internal cupboards and a surface spray treatment to all internal skirting boards. We carry out a surface spray to the outside of the property including the soffits, windows and doors.
